  • Exchange vows on our private lawn overlooking the ocean bay, then dine and dance under a tent as the sun sets over the water. Our estate includes:

    • A waterfront ceremony lawn with panoramic bay views

    • A cocktail hour lawn set between the ceremony and reception ares with elevated views of the water

    • A large reception lawn ideal for tented celebrations

    • Elegant indoor spaces for intimate events (up to 35 guests)

    • Three private, luxurious suites perfect for getting ready

  • All wedding packages include exclusive use of the inn and estate for Thursday through Sunday, as well as:

    • Two portable wedding-grade restrooms (with upgrade option)

    • A spacious kitchen for your caterer

    • On-site event management by the inn’s owners

    • Day-of vendor coordination

    • Pre- and post-event cleaning

    • Overnight accommodations for up to 26 guests (8 rooms + 3 suites) available to book by your guests directly

    • One complementary suite for the couple

    • Breakfast each morning, featuring homemade blueberry scones

  • The owners are on-site and manage every wedding personally—ensuring that the estate is immaculate, welcoming, and ready for your guests. We require a professional day-of coordinator to oversee the flow of the event so that you can fully relax and enjoy the moment.
